RECIPES
Muffaletta Pasta
Need to order salami for weekend. For the pasta dish you will slice into sticks about ¼" x ¼" and 2-3 inches long. Cut ham sticks same way. Don't forget to buy sesame seeds at Safeway.
2 oz Salami Sticks
2 oz Ham sticks
2 oz olive oil (Blend)
Place in sauté pan and heat until meat sweats, then add cooked pasta (From cold - DO NOT HEAT IN WATER AND ADD, PRODUCT WILL NOT BROWN) and toss pan until pasta starts to get browned. Add Olive salad mixture and mix thoroughly until olive salad is warm.
Garnish with 2 Tbl. Pecorino romano and ½ cup of shredded provolone (mounded) and 2 tsp sesame seeds and chopped parsley
Olive Salad
2 cups of pitted green olives
2 cups of black olives
1 cup diced tomatoes
3 Tablespoons of Roasted Red Peppers
2 Tablespoons of Chopped Garlic
2 Tablespoons of Basil chopped
1 ½ tsp of red pepper flakes
