Ben Agosto Skating Seminar

Benjamin Agosto is an American Ice Dancer and former Olympian. Together with his partner Tanith Belbin, Agosto won the silver medal at the 2006 Winter Games in Torino, Italy. He is a four-time World Medalist, the 2004-2006 Four Continents Champion and the 2004-2008 U.S. Champion.

The Ice Den is hosting a series of "Catch the Olympic Fever" public skate sessions. It is open to the public with $6 admission, which includes skate rental. Participants can sign up for a free 15-minute skating lesson conducted by two-time Olympian Doug Ladret (Team Canada 1988 and 1992) and members of the Coyotes Skating Club of Arizona's National Team. Lesson participants will receive a medal at the end of the session.

11:15 a.m. to 12:15 p.m. -- Skating, Edge & Dance Skills (adults)
Noon to 2 p.m. -- Olympic Public Skating Session (lesson from 12:15 to 12:30 p.m.)
1:30 to 2:30 p.m. -- Skating Skills, Power Skating & Musicality Class (juvenile freeskate and up)
2:30 to 3:30 p.m. -- Skating Skills, Power Skating & Musicality Class (pre-juvenile freeskate)
