This is a perfect recipe for the Arizona citrus season. Use your fresh, seasonal oranges and grapefruits for a healthy and delicious antipasti salad

Ingredients
o 1 Arizona Orange
o 1 Arizona Grapefruit
o QCOM Fig Balsamic Vinegar
o QCOM Tuscan Estate Extra Virgin Olive Oil
o Fresh Basil leaves
o Fresh mozzarella

Instructions
1. Peel orange and grapefruit, slice against the sections.
2. Slice fresh mozzarella.
3. Arrange on plate by alternating orange, mozzarella, and grapefruit slices.
4. Drizzle with Fig Balsamic and finish with Tuscan Estate Extra Virgin Olive Oil. Garnish with basil leaves.
