Traffic/Parking
We are encouraging anyone arriving to the Arts Festival, specifically after 12pm  on Saturday to come in from the west side of the City utilizing Priest to University or Priest to Rio.  There are several Parking structures along Ash, in addition to a the parking structure at Mill and Rio that are available and in close proximity to Mill Avenue.  One should expect traffic delays when entering the downtown using Mill Avenue from the north or south.
 Those attending the ASU Football game that are pass holders should approach from the east using Scottsdale/Rural Road, Rio Salado from McClintock, and University.  Access can also be made from the west by made using Priest to Rio Salado
