PHOENIX -- He dreamed of playing in the NFL, but those dreams have been put on hold. Jesse Cook, 12, came to Phoenix for treatment of a rare spine condition that nearly left him paralyzed. He's been in the hospital for quite some time, and there's not much there to keep him distracted. That's where Kurt and Brenda Warner come in, helping build a respite center where kids have some fun while they recover.

Night of Champions with Kurt Warner will be held on Monday, Nov. 16, at The Wrigley Mansion. For tickets, log onto www.kurtwarner.org. General admission tickets are $150 each. Money from the event will go to build the Warner's Corner respite centers.
