PHOENIX -- Valley kids and tweens are counting down until Thursday when "The Last Airbender" opens in theaters nationwide. The action-adventure fantasy is based on the Nickelodeon series that features kids trying to master the elements -- air, wind, fire and earth.

Tess Rafols takes us to Arizona Science Center, where kids can learn about the elements themselves with some demos based on the "The Last Airbender."
