PHOENIX -- We're talking DIY spa treatments this week on "Good Morning Arizona." Each day, we're finding ways to help you look and feel your best, without having to go to the spa.

Monday, we showed you how to re-create the top five beauty trends. Tuesday, we learned simple summer hair and makeup tricks.

Lisa Kasanicky, founder of AZ Spa Girls, showed us how easy it is to create the first look, one she likes to call "A Day at the Beach." It involves soft, tousled waves and bronzer.

For hair, create loose waves by twirling hair around a barrel curling iron and leaving the ends straight. Finish the look with spritz of sea spray and a small amount of shine-enhancing pomade on the ends.

"Create kind of a natural look by not doing the same size sections at a time," says Kasanicky. "And leave the end out so it's not curled at the end."

For makeup, apply bronzing powder to the areas of your face where the sun would naturally hit. Use a wide, fluffy powder brush and dab it on the top of forehead, go lightly along the nose and chin and sweep across the cheeks and neckline.

Try: Bumble and Bumble Surf Spray ($25 at sephora.com), Drybar The Chaser Shine Pomade ($28 at thedrybar.com) and Benefit Hoola Bronzing Powder ($28 at benefitcosmetics.com).

The second easy-to-create look is called the "Pretty Pony". It's simply a perky ponytail and bright, glossy lips.

Start by creating volume at the crown with a touch of hairspray and teasing comb. Then, use a paddle brush to sweep up the hair in a high ponytail. Once your pony is in place, wrap a small section of hair from the bottom of the ponytail around the base and pin it in place.

Use a large barrel curling iron to give the ponytail a final twist and finish with an all-over spritz of a shine hairspray.

For makeup, add drama to the lips with a bright pink or coral finished with a light gloss. "It kind of pulls the whole look together," says Kasanicky.

Try: MorrocanOil Luminous Hairspray, Jouer Hydrating Lipstick in Whitney and Jouer Essential Lip Enhancer ($22 and $14 at jouercosmetics.com)

Finally, you can create a "Bohemian Chic" look, with a Bohemian chignon and a pop of green eye makeup.

Anything goes with the Bohemian look. A side French braid finished with a loose chignon or messy high bun finished with a braid at the base. You can use a mesh hair “donut” to keep your bun in place or use a faux clip-in braid. The trick is to make it uniquely your own.

"This is great for picnics and keeping your hair up," she says. "This is also great third-day hair. It helps make it more messy and deconstructed."

For makeup, illuminate your eyes with the color of the year, emerald green. Use a deep green as a contour above the lids or use a lighter shade along the lids. Get creative! The key is to let your eyes be the center of the drama and go with a light lip and pinch of color on the cheeks.

Try: Hot Buns styling tools ($10 at buyhotbuns.com), L'Oreal Colour Riche Shadow Quad in Neon Skirt ($6.99 at target.com).
