PHOENIX -- I am working hard to save you big this holiday season. It's really easy to live life better for less, you just need to know where to find the best deals and freebies. That's where I come in.

Walmart: Black Friday is still a week away, but you can enjoy pre-black Friday prices now at Walmart. Click here to check out the deals while they last.

Toys:

  • LeapPad 2 – Was: $79, new price: $39.99
  • Little Tikes Cozy Coupe – Was: $49.87, new price: $34.99
  • Nerf Rebelle Crossbow – Was: $19.88, new price: $11.99
  • Monopoly Board Game – Was: $7.77, new price: $5
  • Hot Wheels Single Car – Was: $0.97, new price: $0.60

Electronics:

  • LG 50-inch HDTV – Was: $598, new price: $448
  • Skylanders and Infinity Starter Packs – Was: $74.96, new price: $37

Christmas Ad Match: Walmart is taking price-matching to a whole new level this year. If you buy an item on Walmart.com then find a lower price advertised for an identical product, they'll return the difference to you via a Walmart gift card. Click here for more information about the program.

If you love online shopping like I do, click here to find out if you’re eligible for a free 30-day trial of Amazon Prime. You’ll enjoy free 2-day shipping (no minimum purchase required) on eligible items along with free instant video and a great lending library. If you do sign up and don’t want to pay the $79 annual fee, be sure to cancel before the month is up. I have heard from so many readers who love Amazon Prime and think it’s well worth the cost. I'm not sure about paying, but I definitely think it’s worth getting a month for free (especially this time of year)!

Starbucks: Print off a deal to get a free kids hot chocolate with any adult espresso drink purchase. This would be a fun coffee date with your little one. I think I hear the caramel brulee latte calling my name (again).

Seattles Best: Speaking of coffee, if you’re working on Black Friday (and stay-at-home moms this includes you), request your free sample of Seattle’s Best Coffee mailed to your house. I can’t think of anyone who won’t be doing any “work” on Black Friday!

Canvas PeopleHurry over here to make a free 8×10 canvas at Canvas People. You’ll just pay shipping ($14.95). I think this small size is perfect for the office, for a child’s room, for a playroom, you name it. I've ordered several times and I've always been happy with the results. I haven't seen this freebie offered for quite awhile, so I recommend jumping on it.

Castles and Coasters: And finally, what a fun family day this would be! Get a family-four pack of unlimited ride tickets to Castles and Coasters along with miniature golf for $58, a $120 value. Use promo code ALICIA to save $10 and get the price down to $48. That’s only $12 a person. They’re giving free photos with Santa on Friday, Nov. 29, and Saturdays and Sundays Nov.30-Dec. 22, 2 p.m.-5 p.m. I called and confirmed that people with the discounted vouchers will be eligible for the free photos with Santa.
