Ingredients
3 oz. grilled fajita chicken
2 oz. of calabacitas (vegetable medley of corn, zucchini, red bell peppers, poblanos)
1 oz. Baja sauce
1/4 oz. jack cheese
2 oz. Green tomatillo enchilada sauce
1 each poblano, fried, peeled and cleaned
1 oz. chipotle ranch dressing
