PHOENIX -- Olympic gold medalist Misty Hyman says you don't have to be a world-class athlete to get a swimmer's body.
Although it certainly helps, you don't even have to spend countless hours in the pool every days.
Hyman herself works her shoulders in the gym, saying a doing rowing-style exercises with proper form can go a long way in helping postures, especially if you tend to hunch forward.
She also swears by yoga, which she started do while swimming for Stanford.
"I think especially with yoga or with swimming, the nice thing about those is that you can start at a very basic level and get a lot out of it," Hyman, who now is a private swim instructor at the Sanctuary on Camelback Resort.
