PHOENIX -- It's a new week and a new storm is heading our way.
While it's going to be mostly clear and cool today, come Wednesday, we'll be looking at a 40 percent chance of rain.
That system should clear out pretty quickly, drfying out by Thursday.
By the weekend, we could top out at 70 degrees.
