PHOENIX -- They are the top-dollar homes here in the valley. And all this week on Good Morning Arizona's "Million-Dollar Homes" segment, we'll be featuring high-end hidden real estate gems around town.
The home Scott Pasmore showed us on Monday was a 10,000-square-foot palatial estate that sits on more than an acre in Paradise Valley.
"The whole key to this from day one was creating a very private, resort-style backyard," says Sandra Wilken of Sandra Wilken Partners.
The accents on the inside are as stunning as the outside. The kitchen is European-style with open shelves, featuring hand-carved doors on the sub-zero fridge, and a crystal chandelier.
The family room off the kitchen is perfect yet cozy for large families. The huge fireplace is surrounded by TVs. And then the bar, just feet away, has yet another TV.
Outside the master bath, there's an outdoor shower and huge fountain for the ultimate relaxation. And if you want to get away and hang with your friends, there's a media room downstairs!
And don't forget the wine room. "Most wine rooms you can't really spend a lot of time in because they're so small,"Wilken says. But not in this case, as the wine room is spacious and luxurious.
This estate is listed at $10.8 million.
