SCOTTSDALE, Ariz. -- With nearly 11,000 square feet set on almost three acres at the base of Pinnacle Peak in North Scottsdale, this Spanish colonial home took two years to design and four to build.

Inspired by the classic Spanish colonial designs of Wallace Neff, this spectacular estate, built by Nance Construction, encompasses every aspect of the modern Arizona lifestyle.

Materials came from all over the world, and the library/screening room actually had to be built twice.

Developer Shane Powell took 3TV's Scott Pasmore through this huge four-bedroom, five-bathroom abode.

The asking price is just shy of $5.9 million.
