PHOENIX -- Just because we know that breakfast is the most important meal of the day doesn't mean that we eat well.
Fitness pro Tiffani Bachus is on a mission to change that with her new book, "No Excuses: 50 Healthy Ways to ROCK Breakfast," which she wrote with the help of her cousin Erin Macdonald. Both women are registered dietitians so they know what they're talking about.
"We fast all night and then the next morning, we want to make sure that we break the fast with a healthy breakfast," Bachus said explained to 3TV's Yetta Gibson. "[The key is to ] make sure you get quality good nutrients."
