PHOENIX -- If you're looking for a way to entertain both the adults and the kids at your New Year's Eve Party, food designer Hayley Gibson has just the thing -- an interactive hot-chocolate station.

Gibson showed Tess Rafols and Javier Soto an easy make-ahead recipe that's sure to be a hit.

You will need lollipop sticks and chocolate molds, ice cube trays or small paper cups

Ingredients
12 oz. or 1 package chocolate chips (milk, semi sweet, white or combination)
3/4 cup hot cocoa mix
1/8 tsp. salt

Embellishments
Marshmallows
Crushed peppermint candies, cinnamon sticks
Coating chocolate of various colors

Adult favorites
Chocolate vodka
Favored schnapps

Instructions
Melt chocolate completely. Mix in cocoa mix and salt. The mixture will be thick and have the texture of a sticky dough.

Press into mold, insert stir/lollipop stick and refrigerate about 30 minutes to help it set up.

Unmold and decorate by dipping into different colored chocolates and other candies if desired.

Stir cocoa stick  into 8 ounces of hot milk until dissolved.

Milk can be flavored with extracts, peppermint candies or flavored liquors.

Top with marshmallows if desired and enjoy.
