PHOENIX -- Holiday decorating can get expensive, but you can cut the costs by making decorations rather than buying them.
Debbie Hernandez from The Home Depot found a super cute project that's sure to be a hit -- lighted glass blocks. You can find them at craft fair for $25 to $30, sometimes more, but you can make one yourself for $10 to $15.
Watch the video above to see how it's done. If you're not comfortable drilling the hole yourself or you don't have a drill and don't want to buy one, you can get pre-drilled glass blocks at Michael's and online.
You can find Hernandez at the Home Depot located at Arrowhead, off the Loop 101 and 59th Avenue. For more information, visit www.homedepot.com.
