PHOENIX-- Phoenix Home & Garden is hosting its Grand Tour of Homes on Nov. 3. The event allows people to tour five luxury homes in the Valley and ticket sales benefit the Muscular Dystrophy Association.
Yetta Gibson visited one of the homes in Paradise Valley that will be featured on the tour.
Homeowner Michelle Childs and her husband recently renovated their home and love the results.
"It is my dream home," Childs said.
Some highlights in the home include an atrium with a glass rooftop, a three-part master suite with a bedroom, library and bathroom, lots of art in each room, and an outdoor cactus garden near the pool.
Those interested in the tour have two options:
- Dream Tour for $75 per person, which lasts from noon to 4:30 p.m. The tour is self-guided and participants can talk with industry experts and drink refreshments.
- Extreme Dream Tour for $150 per person includes a breakfast buffet at JW Marriott Camelback Inn Resort & Spa. Guests can tour the Extreme Home as well as the five Dream Homes.
All homes on the tour are featured in the current issue of Phoenix Home & Garden.
