PHOENIX -- When it comes to cooking in 2014, the key word is "fresh." It's all about fresh ingredients and fresh ways of putting them together.
Each year, a Ripe crop of five culinary masters is recognized for continually elevating the Valley's dining scene. Leoni and Hansen -- along with Justin Beckett of Beckett's Table; Matt Carter of Zinc Bistro, The Mission, The House Brasserie and Zinc Brasserie; and Gio Osso of Virtù -- will be honored at a tasting event Thursday evening.
