PARADISE VALLEY, Ariz. If you've been to brunch at the Sanctuary Camelback Resort, you may have noticed a beautiful dining space near the lobby.

It's called Table XII, and it's exactly what it sounds like -- a private dining room fit for 12 people. Located next to a wine corridor featuring at least 1,000 bottles, Table XII offers a perfect setting for an over-the-top dining experience.

The man behind this concept is Chef Beau MacMillan, winner of Food Network's “Iron Chef: America."
Those who book get to enjoy a mouthwatering 12-course meal complete with wine pairings.

Guests mingle among themselves and the celebrity chef before a slow-moving curtain reveals a VIP glimpse into the chef’s action-packed kitchen.

A wall of glass separates guests from the kitchen. For those who crave energy that wall can remain open.

At the private chef's table, the multi-course tasting menu is rarely ever the same.

MacMillan is known for using fresh local ingredients.

"Food should not be overworked, but rather appreciated for its simplicity and natural perfection," he says.

Sanctuary Camelback Mountain is located at 5700. E. McDonald Drive, Paradise Valley. For more information about Table XII or to make reservations, call 480-607-2300.
