Ribs
1 rack of Danish baby back ribs
3 Tbsp. bbq sauce

Slaw
1 1/2 cup slaw mix (shredded green cabbage, cilantro & green onion)
2 Tbsp. slaw dressing

Trout
1 10-oz. fresh Idaho trout
Melted butter(brushed on fish)
1/2 tsp. seasoning(salt and pepper)
2 Tbsp. roasted almonds
2 Tbsp. extra virgin olive oil
1 tsp. herb mix(chives, parsley & tarragon)
Juice of one half lemon

Barley salad
1 1/2 cup of barley mix (barley, mint, almonds, green onions, parsley)
1 Tbsp. extra virgin olive oil
4 cherry tomatoes cut in half
Juice of one half lemon
Pinch of salt & pepper
