GILBERT, Ariz. -- Blue Lemon, Gilbert's new restaurant that serves up pure, clean food with a twist, will celebrate its grand opening March 26 - 29 by giving back to the community. Blue Lemon will donate $1 to the Gilbert Public Schools Education Foundation for every entree, sandwich and full-size salad purchased from 5 p.m. until closing on those days.

Blue Lemon is located at 4341 E. Baseline Road, Ste. 108, and features a spacious 4,300 square-foot dining area and an 800 square-foot patio. The Gilbert locale is the chain's first restaurant outside of Utah.

"Whenever we come into a new community, we do our best to reach out to schools and organizations and find out what the needs are in the area and how we might help," said Blue Lemon President, Aaron Day. "We're very pleased to partner with the Gilbert Public Schools Education Foundation to raise funds to help parents who are struggling to provide for their children."

3TV's Tess Rafols took us inside Blue Lemon Wednesday morning and learned more about the Gilbert Public Schools Education Foundation and what it does.
