PHOENIX -- Ciudad Juárez, Mexico is one of the deadliest, most violent places in the world, and it is the subject of a new documentary opening in Tempe this week.
On Dec. 11, 2006, the president of Mexico declared a war on drug cartels. Little did he know it would lead to one of the greatest human-rights disasters in the world, and It's happening right across the border from El Paso, Texas.
