PHOENIX -- Six Valley firehouses, joined by six Valley restaurants, will turn up the heat to showcase their culinary creations in a blazing hot cook-off showdown this weekend.

While the kitchen heats up the bar will be chillin' as bartenders from across the Valley rise up to the challenge and showcase their creative and technical skills by concocting delicious cocktails in an icy Mixologist Competition. There will be live music, a silent auction and much, much more to entertain.

The event, which is hosted by Gatekeepers MC Arizona, benefits the 100 Club of Arizona, which provides immediate financial assistance to families of public-safety officers and firefighters who are seriously injured or killed in the line of duty, and to provide resources to enhance their safety and welfare.

Tickets are $45 per person and include food and drinks.

Purchase tickets online at www.twogalsevents.com or call Suzie Price at 623-204-2255.
