Sprinkler sensor/timers
The monsoon storms are coming and here in Arizona we have to be conscious of water conservation.

There's an easy way to save water by installing a water sensor/timer that will sense the rainfall and shut off the sprinklers and drippers. This will prevent unnecessary watering and has an easy installation.

If you already have a timer, there is also an add-on accessory sensor that is very economical and also easy to install.

Installing a new kitchen faucet
Glacier Bay has a new, awesome pull- down sprayer kitchen faucet with top-mount installation. It installs in five minutes or less -- no more fighting to get underneath and tighten things up.

I also talk about how to install a traditional new faucet, tighten from underneath and the accessories that are available to fill those extra holes in the sink instead of using the optional escutcheon plate.

Water filtration
Installing a new water filtration system water in Arizona has always been a challenge. Discover many different options in water filtration from a Brita pitcher, to a filter that attaches to a kitchen faucet to a complete reverse osmosis system.

I explain which one does what, how to determine which one is best for you and your family and how to install them.
