PHOENIX -- It's a Valley tradition that goes back nearly three decades -- the My Nana's Best Tasting Salsa Challenge.

As they have in years past, amateurs and professionals will compete for the judge’s vote while attendees enjoy all the chips and salsa they can eat.

Tickets are $8 in advance at Fry's and at SalsaChallenge.com or $10 at the gate. Kids under 12 get in free with an adult.

Proceeds benefit the Arizona Hemophilia Association, which is dedicated to enhancing the quality of life for people with inherited bleeding disorders while advocating for a cure.

There will be more than 100 salsas to taste, a kids' zone, live music on two stages, Cazadores Margarita Mix-Off, cornhole tournament and more.
