Suzanne Bissett joined the NewsChannel 3 family in December 2000 as a reporter, and spent two years covering northern Arizona before transitioning to Phoenix.

Growing up in St. Louis, Bissett's second home had always been a stable where she competed in Hunter-Jumper horse shows. The horse stayed, however, when she arrived in Arizona as a freshman at Arizona State University. Bissett pursued a degree in broadcast journalism with a minor in business. She was a member of Pi Beta Phi sorority and served on the court of the Fiesta Bowl during its 25th anniversary. After graduation, Bissett was hired at a Valley TV station as an investigative producer. She later earned an Emmy nomination for her work.

Away from the station, Bissett enjoys spending time with family and friends, playing tennis, traveling and cooking.
