NEW YORK (AP) — Alec Baldwin is no stranger to the camera flash of paparazzi, but when it comes to his 28-year-old fiancée, Baldwin can be a bit protective.

As the Hollywood icon and star of NBC's "30 Rock" celebrated his 54th birthday Tuesday, word got out that he had proposed to yoga instructor Hilaria Thomas during a romantic getaway in Montauk last week.  The couple has reportedly began dating last summer and went public with their relationship in September.

It didn't take long for photographers to go on the hunt for candid shots of the future Mrs. Baldwin.

Baldwin lashed out on Twitter after a New York newspaper photographer showed up at Thomas's yoga class uninvited and began taking photos.

Baldwin's tweet read: "Shame on the no-talent trash from the Daily News for invading the privacy of 75 people in a yoga class to take a picture of someone."

Baldwin also posted the names of reporters at the class. He included a picture of one, and posted this tweet: "Here's the nutty b**** who crashed the yoga class today with Snooki Alvarez."
