Lovers of international films have a luscious buffet to feast on at the 12th Annual Scottsdale Film Festival. From documentaries to small films and even mainstream Oscar contenders, a total of 36 films will be featured to satisfy cinephiles of all tastes.

Friday night kicks off with the Arizona Premiere of “Eye of the Storm." The drama revolving around a family’s confrontation with life, death and compassion stars Charlotte Rampling, Geoffrey Rush and Judy Davis. Director Fred Schepisi will present his film and participate in a post-film discussion.

The festival continues through Oct. 16 at Harkins Shea 14. Single tickets are $10 with passes/packages ranging from $45 to $215.
