All eyes (and hearts) were taken by Reynolds' ripped physique in Blade: Trinity (2004). In five months, the actor gained 20 pounds of muscle and lost a third of his body fat.
"I attribute my results mostly to nutrition," Reynolds told Men's Health magazine. He ate every two to three hours to burn more fat.
"Your body doesn't need to store fat for energy if you're feeding it all the time," says Bobby Strom, Reynolds' Los Angeles-based trainer.
