KINGMAN, Ariz. -- Sources tell 3TV's Mike Watkiss that polygamist leader Warren Jeffs left Arizona's jurisdiction Tuesday morning and should be back in the state of Utah.

Last week, a Mohave County judge dismissed all Arizona charges against Jeffs after the two alleged victims in the cases no longer want to proceed with prosecution.

Judge Steven Conn granted the prosecutor's motion to drop the four charges of being an accomplice to sexual conduct with a minor. The charges stem from two arranged marriages between teenage girls and their older male relatives.

Jeffs, the former leader of the Fundamentalist Church of Jesus Christ of Latter Day Saints, had been jailed in Kingman since February 2008.

Jeffs is heading to a state prison in Draper, Utah, where his 2007 convictions on two counts of rape as an accomplice are on appeal.

Watkiss will have more on this story on "Good Evening! Arizona."
