WINDERMERE, Fla. — A partially built mansion near Orlando, Florida is on the market for the asking price of $75 million.
This 90,000-square-foot gem sits on a 10 acre lakefront lot in the same gated-community as Tiger Woods.
The home includes 13 bedrooms, 23 full bathrooms, a banquet kitchen with 10 satellite kitchens, a 20-car garage, and more than a quarter-mile of shoreline on Lake Butler.
If it's recreation you're after, the home is outfitted with three swimming pools, a two-lane bowling alley, an indoor-roller rink, a two-story movie theater, a video arcade, a fitness center, a baseball field and two tennis courts.
The current owner, David Siegel, CEO of Westgage Resorts, halted construction on the home last year due to the economy. Siegel told the Orlando Sentinel that he'll part with the property for $75 million "as-is" or he'll finish the project for buyers willing to pay $100 million.
