LAKE PLEASANT - A pair of baby bald eagles got their first check-up Thursday above Lake Pleasant.

The two little girls were checked out by folks from Arizona Game and Fish. Both had their vitals listed and were given identification bands.

Arizona has about 50 breeding pairs of bald eagles and it is important to keep track of the babies because only 30 percent of them will survive.
