SCOTTSDALE -- Police are investigating after a bomb threat was called in to a Scottsdale high school Wednesday morning.
According to the Scottsdale Police Department, Saguaro High School received an anonymous message on the recorded attendance line indicating there was a bomb on campus.
The school resource officer was immediately contacted by the administration. Scottsdale police officers conducted a thorough search of the campus with an explosives-sniffing K9 unit.
Parts of the campus were evacuated while the threat was investigated.
Police concluded that there was no threat to students or staff and the school resumed its normal classroom schedule and activities.
Police officers continue to investigate to find the source of the threat.
