The folks from Ra Sushi are dishing up Spicy Tuna Tartare Mixed With Cucumber, Avocado and Fresh Salsa.
Ingredients:
3 oz. tuna
1-1/2 ounce cucumber
1-1/2 ounce avocado
1 Tbsp. salsa
1/2 ounce black pepper soy sauce
20 chips
Fried wonton skins
Red and green bell peppers, diced
Instructions:
Mix tuna with cucumber, avocado and salsa.
Use 5-ounce ice cream scooper to place tuna salsa in the center of the plate.
Drizzle black pepper soy sauce over the tuna salsa mix.
Place 5 wonton chips on the scoop.
Garnish with 15 chips around the plate.
Sprinkle with diced peppers.
