PHOENIX -- If you're looking for a quick, easy meal that will have your kids not complaining when they have to clean their rooms,  I think I have it.

I was born in the Midwest and grew up on a farm in LaCygne, Kan., so it's real simple -- I like comfort food!  And my famous Sloppy Joe Pizza is about as comfort as you can get.  But it is soooo good, you'll come back for more!

The best part?  It's really easy to make.

You only need four ingredients.

  • Boboli pizza crust
  • Manwich Sloppy Joe Sauce
  • 1 lb. hamburger
  • 1 package of shredded cheese (I like 4 Cheese Mexican)

Heat your oven to 350 degrees. Brown the hamburger and mix the Manwich in with it, and you're ready to go.

I like two layers of cheese, so put a layer of your favorite shredded cheese on the Boboli crust. Top it with a layer of the Sloppy Joe mix. Add another layer of the cheese. Your culinary masterpiece is now  ready for the oven.

Eight to 10 minutes at 350 degrees and you have the dinner of champions!

Everybody who has tried it loves it.
