New Year's Eve Mocktails

PHOENIX -- A drink doesn't have to have alcohol to be tasty and fun. Check out these "mocktails"! They're fabulous and you can drink them all day and night long without risking a hangover. Kids love them, too.

Wild Berry Mojito (Mockjito)
*muddle 3 limes & 10 mint sprigs
BUILD
*1.5 ounces wild berry puree
*1.5 ounces simple syrup
*shake 12 times
pour into a new glass with
.25 ounces soda and .25 ounces sprite
*garnish with lime wedge and a straw.

Pomegranate Margarita (Mockarita)
BUILD
*1oz Triple Sec
*1oz Agave Nectar
*1.5 ounces Sweet and Sour Mix
*1.5 ounces Pomegranate Juice
*shake 12 times
*garnish with a salt rim a lime wedge and a straw

Pear Martini
Chill a Martini Glass
BUILD
*3oz Pear Puree
*1oz simple syrup
*1oz Sweet and Sour mix
*shake and strain
*garnish with a sugared rim
