RECIPE: Crunchy Chicken Salad

Five Ingredient Crunchy Chicken Salad
Simply Impressive Cooking School
Makes 4 servings

1 lb Crunchy Chicken Tenders
8-12 cups     Romaine lettuce, washed and dried
2 Green onions, sliced on the diagonal
11 oz Mandarin oranges, drained
½ cup Spicy almonds
Creamy Asian peanut dressing

Bake crunchy chicken tenders according to package directions.

Meanwhile, assemble the salad using either 4 separate bowls or 1 large salad bowl.

Mix together lettuce and green onions.  Top with warm chicken tenders, oranges, spicy almonds and green onions. 

Drizzle with Asian dressing before serving.
