Grilled Beef Tenderloin

Ingredients
1 12-oz piece of beef

20 g garlic cloved, crushed
5 g thyme sprigs, crushed
10 g rosemary, stripped and crushed
5 g black pepper, crushed
50 g extra virgin olive oil

Instructions
Combine all ingredients and mix well. Marinate beef in mixtures for two hours. Grill to desired temperature.

Marinade ingredients are for one piece of beef. Multiply accordingly for the amount of meat you are marinating.
