Fiber Sample Menu

Breakfast:
1/2 c cooked oatmeal in almond milk + cinnamon and 1/2 tbsp. 100% maple syrup + 1 egg poached + 1/2 c raspberries
 
Snack:
1 container plain Greek Nonfat Yogurt + 1 tbsp. honey + 1/8 c plain granola
 
Lunch:
1 serving *Chicken Spinach Waldrof Salad
 
Snack:
1/2 c raw carrots + 1/2 c cucumber slices + 2 tbsp. hummus
 
Dinner:
3 oz. baked salmon+ 1/2 c corn black bean avocado salsa + 1/2 steamed broccoli + 1/2 c sweet potato
 
Nutrients: 1300 calories, 41.9 g fat, 156.9 g carbohydrates, 30.5 g fiber, 80.6 g protein
