Cinco de Mayo drinks (no expensive limes necessary)

Fresh Paloma
1.5 oz. Reposado Tequila
.5 oz. fresh squeezed Ruby Red Grapefruit
Dash of Old Fashioned Bitters
Pinch of Kosher Salt.
Top With Grapefruit Soda - Jarritos is Great
 
Method:
In Tall glass
Add Tequila, Grapefruit juice, bitters and pinch of kosher salt.
Add ice and serve with a bottle of Jarritos Soda on the side.
(Note:  This will work great without the alcohol, as well.)
 
Oaxacan Medicine Man
1.5 oz. Vida Mezcal
1 oz. Ginger Syrup
1 oz. Lemon Juice
 
Method:
In shaker add ingredients and shake hard.
Strain into Double Old Fashioned glass over good ice.
Garnish with a flamed rosemary sprig
