Chris was born in 1996. Math is his favorite subject and he just finished 5th grade. He likes to play sports and to jump on a trampoline. He is also extremely friendly and personable.
Chris suffered a traumatic brain injury as an infant which does limit many of his activities. He needs constant monitoring and is able to partake in individual sports like swimming, diving, running and karate. One of Chris’ favorite activities is going camping. Being in the outdoors gives him a sense of peace and enjoyment. The Phoenix Zoo is another favorite of Chris’, and the elephants are the animals he loves the most. He thinks their trunks are really-really cool.
He does like to play video games like Ultimate Ninja 2. He is practicing to play the clarinet and one day would like to be a scientist so he can find potions and other things to help out mankind.
Want to really wake up his appetite? He likes waffles and cheese crisps with salsa ... but if you really want to get his taste buds going, give him chocolate-chocolate ice cream, chocolate cake, chocolate brownie ... CHOCOLATE.
Chris is a very helpful boy who will need a very dedicated family that can give him lots of personal attention and monitoring. It would be best if they have experience with a child with a traumatic brain injury. A calm and supportive household that likes to go camping is where Chris will flourish.
