Ingredients: 2 oz. bottle with an atomizer lid 2 pipettes 2 oz. distilled water 27 drops of grapefruit, pink essential oil 03 drops of rosemary essential oil
Directions: Fill a sterilized bottle with the distilled water. Add the essential oils separately. Close the lid. Shake, mist and roll Eco-ista note: Grapefruit clears the mind and refreshes. Rosemary aids in memory.

Better Sleeping Smelling Salt
Ingredients: 4 oz. pet jar with lid 3 oz. Dead Sea salt 1 ml. or 30 drops lavender
Directions: Pour the salt into the jar. Add the essential oil, cover with the lid and close tightly, shake, well and often. Keep this jar by your bedside table for those nights when the sheep take a night off.
